48 hours notice is required for all Picnic Box and Signature Board orders. If you require a last-minute order within less than 48 hours, please contact us directly.

Allergies: We are happy to work around any dietary preferences or restrictions however our products are not made in an allergen-free environment and therefore we cannot guarantee that there is no cross-contamination. For serious allergies, we would not recommend consuming our products.
Gift Orders: If your order is being delivered as a gift, please ensure that the recipient will be home to accept the delivery. We do not assume responsibility for any lost or damaged products if nobody is home to accept the delivery.
Confirmation: Once you have placed your order and payment has been received, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours to finalize pick up or delivery details.
Refund Policy: All products are non-refundable. A date change will be accepted for Picnic Boxes and Signature Boards with 7 days notice. We do not assume responsibility for event changes or cancellations due to changes in social gathering rules or restrictions.
